Wed, Oct 16, 2002 - 10:36 a.m. Just got my 'Body Composition Report' done again at the gym. I was sure it would be inaccurate because I had a BIG breakfast but here it is anyhow: Current Body Weight: 111.0 Lbs Total Body Fat: 13.2 % (14.2 Lbs) Fat Free Mass: 86.8 % (92.2 Lbs) Total Body Water: 58% (28.3 Ltr) It bothers me that my Total Body Fat hasn't gone down at all in like 2 months. I have stepped up my work-outs considerably and I FEEL leaner, but my body fat % stays constant. Of course anything below 13% isn't even on the scale (13-21% Athletic, 22-27% Normal, 28+ Sedentary), but I'd like to see the number 12% show up--that's be cool. I am annoyed with work at the moment. Working-out I still love (and am sore from a great BODYPUMP class yesterday), but working is getting monotnous. Ugh. Lets go through a typical day in my life shall we?: Mon-Wed-Fri 5:40 - Wake Up, make breakfast, get ready for work (breakfast is always a chocolate protein shake with oatmeal & Soy milk, almonds & raisins, peanut butter & honey on 3 or 4 melba toasts and sometimes some dry cereal). 6:45 - Work-out (approx. 45 mins) 8:00 - Work (M/A) 10:00 - Short work-out, eat an apple. 11:30 - Lunch (usually a protein bar Promax or BioProtein) 12:00 - Nap (sooo tired!), I usually have another snack before work. 3:00 - Work (if no kids in daycare I work-out some more, just sit on the bike and watch TV usually) 5:00 - I bring supper to daycare and usually eat a bit before 5 (and take my B.C. pill). Dinner is usually a frozen dinner with chicken, sometimes a protein bar (only if I didn't have one for lunch), I try to eat some fresh veggies and fruits too. I also usually bring raisins and almonds. 7:30 - Usually have to wait for a ride so I'll work-out a bit, maybe tan, go on the internet, etc. 9:00 - Go home, talk on the phone with my bf (I see him Tuesdays, Thursdays when he picks me up from work at 8 and all weekend usually), go on the computer, have a snack (I try not to have carbs, usually a fruit or protein shake). 11:30 (or later) - I fall asleep. FYI: I am in training for a fitness competition so I am supposed to eat every couple hours to keep my metabolism up (IT WORKS!), and I work-out alot sporatically during the day since I DO work at a gym. That is the jist of a couple days of my week. Now I am so freakin' tired and must go NAP. LoveGrace
