I feel extremely educated on the whole "getting my body perfect" deal, that it's frustrating for me to hear/read about people doing things all wrong. I wasn't always smart about everything. Ahh how do I say this right. It's like when I hear women at work who refuses to do weight training because it "bulks her up". The more muscle you have the more calories you burn, the more calories you burn the leaner you are. Wouldn't you rather be comprised of more muscle than fat?? When you're doing cardio you're just working out your heart and burning a modest amount of calories. Of course, combined with weights it's an optimal fat burning system but .... wake up girls. I'm 110 lbs and 13 percent body fat. Therefore I am comprised of mostly muscle...I am toned and am not just "skinny"..I'm lean and thin..and I can eat lots more than 500 calories a day and even lose weight because all the muscle burns lots of calories. Don't starve yourself!!! Even when I was "anorexic" I ate regularly because...well I have hypoglycemia and I just couldn't go that long without food...but you can't just leave your stomach alone for hours on end and expect to get good results. If you're wondering why you're not losing weight when you're eating only 500 calories a day, it's because your metabolism is FUCKED UP!

I should shut up because not everyone works at a gym and has done a Personal Trainers course. I'm just bitter and annoyed. I suppose it's better for me that nobody seems to be doing anything right because that makes me look a hell of alot better. I'm so bitter.

ALSO...never burn. When you go tanning I mean (I work in a tanning salon...I've done courses). The worst thing you can possibly EVER do is burn.. yes even in a tanning bed. That is like the number one most important rule in tanning. You're supposed to gradually build up your tan. That is the "safe" way to do it anyhow (I've never burnt in my life, but that's just my skin type), but anyway, that's just a tip.

I need to get out of this slump.

Nick and I are going out to dinner and a movie tonight, hopefully I'll cheer up.

Lately everything is just too UN-EXCITING...I need some change, some happy excitement in my life or I'll have go to rob a 7-11 or something.
